This project is located in beautiful Shell Beach and it consists of townhomes and estate lots. R.W. Scott Construction provided the grading and concrete street improvements for this project. This project required cultural resource mitigation and the company worked collaboratively with the owner as well as the monitors to complete the project while remaining sensitive to the resources.
